The Munas Successorship Battle - Former and Present Bigwings of the Cameroon Bar Association Mobilise To Defend Akere Muna

Former and present big wings of the Cameroon Bar Association have mobilsed to defend their colleague Barrister Akere Muna, in the legal battle between him and his sibling Ama Tutu Muna, former Minister of Arts and Culture, relating to the successorship of their late father former State man Solomon Tandeng Muna, who died on the 22nd of January 2002.

During the the last hearing of 26th June 2018, more than 50 former and present Bar members came out to support and defend Akere Muna, who is equally a Presidential aspirant.

Ama Tutu Muna is accusing big brother Barrister Akere Muna will have to answer for 'misinterpreting facts in the late father's will, concealing of the truth of the legal procedure relating to the court judgement about the will, forgery and use of forgery in the management of their late father's assets'.

During one of the audiences, Barrister Ben Muna presented documents, proving that their junir sister Ama Tutu Muna, who is the principal plaintiff, knew of the succession judgement, that she is contesting today.
