Terence Penn sentenced to 12 years imprisonment plus 5 million F CFA fine


Terence Penn Khan who was arrested in connection to the ongoing anglophone crisis, has been sentenced to 12 years imprisonment, and a fine of 5 Million F CFA.

He was found guilty of complicity to secession, complicity in financing terrorism, hostility to the fatherland, complicity to incite rebellion.

Che Benjamin and Ambeizi Andrew have been sentenced to 11 years in jail.

While at the Yaounde Military Court today, Terence Penn Khan read out a statement as his final words, here is a copy of his remarks.
