Five More Soldiers Killed In Otu Village In The Manyu Division

Reports say four Policemen and one BIR Officer were assassinated last night in Otu, a village in the Manyu Division of the South West Region.

Sources say the village is presently under military invasion, while youths have scampered for coverage in nearby bushes.

This is the second killing of soldiers this week in the Manyu Division, after four Gendarmes were killed on the night of Wednesday Nov.28 in Mamfe.

The recent killings brings the total military casualties  to 13 in one month.

ADF has not yet claimed responsibilities, but sources say the people are determined to fight for their rights.
