Cristiano Ronaldo SELLS his Ballon d’Or trophy… making £530,000 for charity Make-A-Wish Foundation

CRISTIANO RONALDO has always been altruistic.
The Real Madrid superstar was named the world's most charitable athlete a couple of years ago - and he again helped raise hundreds of thousands at a recent charity auction.
The four-time Ballon d'Or winner has given up a replica of one of his trophies to help raise funds for Make-A-Wish Foundation.
According to Spanish newspaper Marca, Ronaldo donated the 2013 replica at a charity auction in London at the weekend.
