Minister Jean Ernest Bibehe Ngale Hits The Table Against Corruption Practices In Schools


The Minister of Secondary Education Jean Ernest Messina Bibehe Ngale has warned Educational officials against corruption practices in educational institutions.

In a correspondence of Sept. 12, 2017, addressed to Divisional delegates under his area of jurisdiction across the country, Minister Bibehe frowned at corruption practice cases that has been reported to him in the past, and which continues to be the order of the day in most institutions, warning that severe sanctions awaits culprits.
