Outlawed Consortium President and one of the most adorable anglophone leaders Barrister Agbor Balla Nkongho Felix, who was recently released from the Yaounde Kondengui Central Prison after spending close to 8 months, has gone to his Manyu Division of origin to present himself to his fathers and mothers, who stood by him through thick and thorns, to tell them 'Thank you'.

What he met as reception on the ground, wasn't what he bargained for, as the people of Manyu and its environs came out in their numbers with whistles, gongs, drums, traditional dance groups, and all the elders in the various traditional cult houses, to hail their son of the soil, for his bravery.

To show  appreciation for all his troubles, sacrifice and every thing he has done and will still do for the anglophone community, the Manyu people crowned him 'SESEKOU', meaning 'King of the Land', the highest and greatest title in the Manyu land.

Barrister Agbor Balla was arrested on January 17 this year, alongside Dr. Fontem Neba and many others in connection with the ongoing Southern Cameroons turmoil rocking the two anglophone regions in Cameroon.

After several appearances in court, without judgement, coupled to international and local pressure on the government, he and 54 others were released on August 31st, after a Presidential decision of August 30th, by President Paul Biya.

He arrived his Buea city of residence, where administrative authorities gladly shook hands with him, in communion with Biya's decision, as the swarm of bee-like crowd shouted in all excitement to welcome him and the rest back from the land of living hell.

A couple of days after his release Barrister Balla made an intelligent move, by visiting godfather Justice Ayah Paul Abine, who was among the released, and who too was arrested on Jan. 21st.

After meeting Justice Ayah, Barrister Nkongho went to his Manyu Division of origin, to see where his father was buried while he was in jail, and to thank his people, who gave him all the support he needed while in the Kondengui jungle.

Barrister Balla has refused to talk to the press ever since his release, but sources say it was part of the negotiations agreement that led to his and others release.
