Zlatan Ibrahimovic To Quit Manchester United

Manchester United officially confirm Zlatan Ibrahimovic exit

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will leave Manchester United upon the expiry of his contract later this month after being left off the club’s list of retained players.
The former Sweden international arrived at Old Trafford on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain last summer and went on to enjoy a rather impressive debut season in English football by netting 28 goals in 46 games across all competitions.

Two of which came in the EFL Cup final victory over Southampton and a further five helped United seal a return to the Champions League next season by winning the Europa League trophy last month.
However, it’s because of a serious knee injury sustained in the semi-final second leg against Anderlecht in the competition which has cut the 35-year-old’s time at the ‘Theatre of Dreams’ short as he’s not expected to return to full fitness until some time in 2018.
