You won't Believe What Michelle Obama Said Was The REAL reason she ‘side-eyed’ Trump at his inauguration

America's most darling Michelle Obama has opened up on her infamous ‘side-eye’ pictures at President Trump’s inauguration ceremony.
She wasn’t in fact side-eyeing him…
In her first speech since she and her husband Barack left the White House, the former First Lady revealed she was, in fact, holding back TEARS.
Speaking at the American Institute of Architects convention in Orlando she admitted that she was doing her best to keep her emotions in check on in the day in question.

She told the audience: ‘I didn’t want to have tears in my eyes because people would swear I was crying because of the new president.’

And despite many people hoping that she would take up the political mantle and run for office herself in the coming years, Mrs Obama revealed that she wouldn’t be returning to the White House in that capacity.
Michelle explained: ‘I wouldn’t ask my children to do this again because, when you run for higher office, it’s not just you, it’s your whole family.’

She added, ‘Plus, there’s so much more we can do outside of the office, because we won’t have the burden of political baggage.’
Obama also spoke about adapting to life outside of the public eye, describing it as ‘so far so good’ adding, ‘It hasn’t been that long, really. It’s been less than 100 days. I think everybody’s counting 100 days. We’re counting, too.’
Michelle and her husband are both set to pen books about their time in the White House over the coming year, as well as taking on careers in public speaking.
