We can now confirm that the Minister of Secondary Education Jean Ernest Ngalle Bibehe will soon be in Bamenda today Sat. 7th January 2017 for a 6 day  working tour with an undisclosed agenda .

What we know is that the lone agenda of  his visit is none other than see if he can succeed where others have failed to convince the people to re-open school doors that have been shut for more than a month now.

The Minister's impromptu visit comes up two days before the supposed start of the Second term of the school year, and it is said that his presence will be used to intimidate striking teachers who will not answer present on the Jan. 9th rendez-vous of school re-opening.

Meanwhile the teachers have said it loud and clear that their strike actions will continue, until the government shows some signs of good faith in the ongoing dialogue set to address their grievances.
