The  Lord Mayor of the Buea Council has led a peaceful protest march to Governor Bernard Okalia Bilai's office, to demand the release of UB students who were forcefully arrested and detained since Monday Nov. 28 2016.

Mayor Ekema Patrick Esunge had previously sent out a press release calling on stake holders to a radio dialogue to discuss the ongoing Crisis in Buea.

As at press time, no violence had been reported, and we hope it ends well.
