Report says Bamenda is still under military siege, though the streets remain calm as at press time.

Vehicles are all parked down, the main market is closed, school doors remain closed and people are restricted from movements.

So far no violence has been announced, but the intimidating presence of the military is seemingly provocative to the population who wants to fight for their rights.
