Following reports on some blogs and media that a Camair-Co plane caught fire yesterday after the traumatising transportation incidents that plagued Cameroon, Camair-Co has refuted the report saying no such thing ever happened. They also said they are increasing their flights frequency from Douala-Yaounde-Douala to five times daily, with a reduction of 5000 F CFA off the normal fare.

The incident that happened yesterday morning with the flight to Bafoussam was that the plane which took off from Yaounde could not land in Bafoussam due to bad weather, so it went back to Yaounde. However, in the evening it was able to make a successful landing at the Bamougoum Airport in Bafoussam, and all operations after that have been hitchless.
